If you attempt to place an order and receive a “failed” response, please call us Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM PST at (503) 874-8221 with your payment details.
Your failed order should still appear in our system, and we’ll be able to use your payment information to manually enter the order and get it started.
Due to the higher volume of seed orders we are experiencing this season it may take additional wait time of a few days for orders to ship or be ready for pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your business!
