Cascade Quick Green Blend (Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass Blend)

Cascade Quick Green is a blend of 2 different varieties of Perennial Ryegrass seed that will result in an excellent, lush, dark green lawn.  This blend will rapidly establish and bring a flush of color to any new yard.  It also works well when used for turf repair.  This is a high quality, verdant turf for lawns that do not get a lot of traffic.  It works great in the southern and central regions of the United States that heavily overseed grass on a regular basis.  It also works well on the west and east coast to overseed or patch lawns.

Seeding rates: (For reference: 43,560 sq. ft in 1 acre)

• To sow a new turf lawn:  350 – 400 pounds per acre
• To over-seed an existing lawn:  175 – 200 pounds per acre

Less than 1 Acre: 

32,670 sq. ft = 3/4 Acre = 262 -300 lbs for a new lawn/ 130 to 150 lbs for over-seeding

21,780 Sq. ft = 1/2 Acre = 175-200 lbs for a new lawn / 87 to 100 lbs for over-seeding

10,890 sq. ft = 1/4 acre = 87 to 100 lbs for a new lawn/ 43 to 50 lbs for over-seeding

5,445 sq. ft = 1/8 acre   = 43 to 50 lbs for a new lawn / 21 to 25 lbs for over-seeding
