Toadflax – Dwarf Fairy Bouquet Mix
$2.50 – $54.75
Toadflax is a multi-shaded flower native to Morocco. This Fairy Bouquet Mix has slightly shorter flowers than the Toadflax Northern Lights Mix and it features a variety of different flowers shaded with all hues of violet and magenta. Toadflax makes an excellent pot filler or border flower and is often called a mini snapdragon because it mimics them in appearance. This flower grows well in full sun or partial shade. Blooms for this flower will last longer in cooler climates. Toadflax favors loose, sandy soil and is more aesthetic if it is heavily seeded. In zones 7-10 Toadflax can be planted in fall or spring. Fall plant this flower if you live in an area with a warmer climate. This flower also comes in tall and dwarf varieties.
The broadcast rate for seeding is 2 – 2.5 pounds per acre.
The seed drill rate for seeding in rows is 1 pounds per acre.
